This is a well-known old-fashioned brand name condo in the local area. It is well managed and in very good condition compared to condos of the same age. The neighborhood is very safe and secure, making it a safe place to live for executives and those with children.
Capgain (gain on sale): Although the building will be 17 years old in 2022, the price has increased since it was newly built. Of course, prices and land price increases due to development have had an impact, but the biggest factor is the “overwhelmingly good location” of the property. Since the property has already been built a number of years ago, it is difficult to imagine a major decline in value in the future, unless something happens to the property. Compared to newer properties, it is difficult to expect a large price increase in the short term, but Shangri-La Grand Tower is a “solid property” for long-term real estate investment.
